I had trouble with the trigger mechanism on my Sherpa wallet and emailed customer support. In very short order I was contacted and sent a replacement part, free of charge - just $5 for shipping. It arrived wiki wiki and I'm back in business. Mahalo nui, Pono!
Pictures don’t do the ring justice! It’s gorgeous amd super comfortable. The mother of pearl accents the Koa wood perfectly.
Got to Michigan super quick. Is great and so comfortable. I have an original leather strap from Pono and it was always a little uncomfortable on the bottom of my wrist by the clasp. This rubber one has definitely been upgraded and way more comfortable.they matched the clasp perfectly to the watch
The high quality craftsmanship intrigued me and the "Pono" name sealed the deal. So grateful I found the Women's Koa Solid Wood Watch. Chose the White Round Face for what I perceived as a more versatile, less sporty look than black. Clean, not dainty. Solid and beautiful. Will likely need to have links removed so have a trusty jeweler on-hand. Highly recommend.
I purchased my IPhone XR when it came out, 8 years ago and wanted a different case. Something functional, in case it fell… numerous times it has, in 8 years. And I wanted something unique, by a small business and sustainable… and that’s how I searched the internet and found Pono. The case lasted 8 years and now the plastic is breaking free from the wood. I’m keeping the art as art, and ordering a new case today for my same phone.
My case is the sea turtle… it’s beautiful. I may order the same one or choose something new.
I know the case is going to outlast my phone, so I’ll pick a different theme, this time around.
If you’re thinking about purchasing don’t hesitate to buy…you’ll love it.
as i've needed to upgrade my phone over the years, i've trusted pono cases with a phone that is often dropped, forgotten outside, or exposed to water (i'm clumsy.) my phones have survived it all in their pono cases. these cases are so sneakily protective without any bulk. my family is from the islands so it's also really special to have koa wood to carry with me every day. and koa wood with my name on it, no less! (my name is Pono - very convenient coincidence lol). the range of patterns to choose from is also dope, and i appreciate the range of models b/c i just got a refurbed iphone mini 13 which could have been tricky to find elsewhere. i also appreciate the honorable harvest methods of the koa wood.

I love how the Koa wood glistens on this ring. I have other koa wood products and none have the glow this ring does in the light. Fit is right on for the size.

I ordered the Koa wood 8mm ring for my husband for our 20th anniversary. I wasn’t exactly sure on the size but it fit perfectly! He was beyond happy even saying, “I couldn’t have chosen a more perfect ring myself.” A little context, last year (2025) he lost his ring while we were visiting our son on Oahu. The ocean decided it needed to stay behind! So this year I decided I would bring a piece of Hawaii to Oregon by replacing his ring with this. Thank you for your care and expertise and for making my anniversary one we won’t ever forget!

I had planned a trip to Hawaii and began to receive information about Pono Watches. When in Kaui I saw the watches in person. I knew I wanted one. So I purchased one and it didn't work. I think it was on the shelf too long. I returned the watch and immediately ordered directly from Pono woodworks. I have love the watch ever since it arrived. I loved the packaging and was surprised that a bracelet came that I could give to my wife. It is a great memento from our trip and I am a new fan of Pono Woodworks.
