Warranty Policy
At Pono Woodworks, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our products.
Watch Warranty
All Pono Woodworks watches are backed by a 2-Year Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including manufacturing issues related to the watch movement, case, or assembly.
What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, or fading from regular use
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Water damage beyond the product’s stated water resistance rating
- Battery replacement or normal maintenance
- Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Other Product Warranty
Non-watch items are covered by a 1-Year Limited Craftsmanship Warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use unless otherwise stated.
Natural Material Disclaimer
Because many of our products feature genuine wood and natural materials, slight variations in grain, color, and texture are part of the product’s unique character and are not considered defects.
