Return and Refund Policy
Returns
Coconuts! Sorry it didn’t work out. Not a problem on the return…we won’t make you paddle it back to us. Send me an email requesting the return and I'll send a return postage to your email at no charge…that way you can re-use the packaging to send it back.
Please send me an email when you drop it in the mail so I can issue the refund…otherwise, I don’t have a way to track it and the refund might fall through the cracks…never a good look for us : )
If you ordered it via Priority Mail or any service more expensive than First Class Mail, we will refund you the item cost plus the cost of First Class Mail. It get's frustrating and expensive when someone pays for overnight shipping and returns it.
Our policy lasts 365 days. If 365 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or record of purchase on the website.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card again. Usually credits post the same day. If you forgot to email me that you dropped it in the mail, i might not notice it come in and issue the credit so let me know.
Still nothing, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Brett@ponowoodworks.com and we will dispatch a team of warriors to ruff up the credit card company.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, go to the support tab at the top of the website or send us an email at Brett@ponowoodworks.com and send your item to: 1538 Saint Louis Drive Honolulu Hawaii US 96816. If you go to the support tab, it will walk you through the process. We tried to make it super easy on you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
After sending us an email requesting the return, we will send you a return shipping label free of charge. Or you can mail your product to: 1538 Saint Louis Drive Honolulu Hawaii US 96816. Just let us know if you do as i don't have a good way to track these.
We will cover the return costs if you like. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
