Return & Exchange Policy
At Pono Woodworks, we take pride in creating products that we stand behind. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following guidelines:
Returns
We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase/order number is required
- Item can NOT be a final sale item
We deduct a flat rate of $7 to cover a portion of the return shipping.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges within 45 days of delivery to ensure your piece fits and feels exactly as intended.
We are currently waiving the 1st Exchange fee in an effort to provide the best possible service. In the future, to help offset a portion of the shipping, inspection, and handling involved with each exchange, we will apply a $7 Exchange Service Fee for the first exchange per order. We gladly cover the remaining cost as part of our commitment to exceptional customer care.
Additional exchanges beyond the first will incur a $18 processing fee, reflecting the full cost of shipping and handling.
Our exchange service includes:
- Prepaid return shipping label
- Processing and inspection of your returned item
- Shipment of your replacement piece
All exchanged items must be returned in unused, unworn condition with original packaging.
Return Shipping
For refund requests, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided, and the flat rate of $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover a portion of the shipping. The label will be generated from our Support portal.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Custom or personalized products
- Clearance / discounted items marked final sale
- Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right immediately. Please go to the "SUPPORT" section and follow the steps.
