Sorry for the trouble. No worries on getting you squared away. If you go to the website’s “support” section (on the top bar or drop down), it’ll walk you through the process. I tried to make it super easy…basically, we send out a new one along with the return label for the old one. You can just re-use the packaging to send back the old one.
