Shipping Policy

At Pono Woodworks, every order is carefully prepared and packaged by our team to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase unless otherwise noted. During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Please note that our wood phone cases are made to order and may require 1–3 business days for production before shipment.

Shipping Times

Once shipped, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • Phone Cases: From Honolulu, they typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment
  • Most Other Standard Orders: Shipping times vary based on carrier selection and destination

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Where Orders Ship From

Our wood phone cases are made to order, handcrafted and shipped directly from our Honolulu, Hawaii workshop.

To help us provide faster and more efficient fulfillment for our online business, most other items ship from our trusted fulfillment partner in North Carolina. They have a small amount of my creations and really help us compete and get me back in the shop making stuff.

While shipping locations may vary, every product is designed, produced and inspected in Hawaii, and held to the same quality standards that define Pono Woodworks.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to your door.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Pono Woodworks is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, if an issue arises, please reach out—we are always happy to help however we can. We will make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may incur additional flat rate shipping charges of $7 if reshipment is required.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Pono Woodworks is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.  I wish we could hand deliver but the USPS normally does a great job.

International Shipping: I ship to most countries with the same no mark up policy.  Shipping rates seem to fluctuate but between $15-22 for first class international.  We loose the ability to track it once it leaves the US but I've only had 2 issues with USPS getting it there...sometimes it takes some time but that can be the local mail issues as well.

Damaged Item Received:  Shoot us a pic and i'll get a new one on the way. Go to the "SUPPORT" section to get it taken care of.
