Choose the closest picture that resembles your item.  This is just to get the weight in for shipping...the picture doesn't have to match exactly. You can't mess this up.

We will send you the new item as well as a return label if needed. Re-use the packaging to return the old item.

I don't ship back some broken items as I have too many projects around the shop.  If it's brand new...and I can fix it and use it....please choose "include return label" in the dropdown.  We will then send a return label. If it's well used, no need for the label.

In the "order notes" on the checkout page (the page after this one), (or if you hover over the shopping cart in the top right corner) please tell us...

2. the item you need...(ie tungsten round 6mm koa ring size 5).

3. what is wrong with the original.

 I'll likely email you to get a photo of the item so we make sure we get you the correct item first time.

Quality products with excellent customer service

I have bought several items from Pono Woodworks, including, several wallets, iPhone covers, and a ring. The products are high quality, attractive, and their customer service is prompt.

For example, the rivets on one of the wallets came out due to a magnetic reaction, which caused the wood to separate from the metal backing (under a year from purchase). I submitted the issue and within a week I had a new wallet. No further questions. Pono is a great company.

Amazing service; cherished watch
