We will send you the new item as well as a return label if needed. Re-use the packaging to return the old item.
I don't ship back some broken items as I have too many projects around the shop. If it's brand new...and I can fix it and use it....please choose "include return label" in the dropdown. We will then send a return label. If it's well used, no need for the label.

I had the watch band for over a year. Many compliments - it's distinctive and great looking. After a year one of the pieces of wood fell out and I emailed them a picture. I expected something like, "so sorry to hear...good luck." Instead I received an email saying things sometimes like things sometimes happen in life, we stand behind our products, we'll send out a new band right away." And they did. That is IMPRESSIVE!

Recently, I bought one for my new iPhone. The rubber border separated from the koa wood backing. I was able to access the replacement feature on line and my replacement case arrived quickly in the mail. Pono Woodworks has the best customer service of anyone I know. Pono has the best quality products and fantastic customer service. I had a small problem with my koa wallet and Pono replaced it quickly and free of charge. Can’t wait until we visit in November to buy some koa rings.
