Broken item replaced

My Apple Watch band broke after a couple of months. I contacted the company and they were able to send me a replacement for a nominal shipping fee - less than $10!
It arrived in a few days and I’m very happy with the outcome. I didn’t originally buy the watch band directly from Pono on Oahu, but from another dealer on Kauai. Great service - I appreciate it! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!
