There was a defect in the iphone case I received and Pono customer service immediately sent me a replacement.
My new watch broke. I spent 2weeks trying to get a return mailer. Never arrived. So I mailed back only to wait several weeks and no reply. No update, no information?
I love my ring, wallet and can't wait to get my knives. Excellent customer service, they addressed a warranty issue beyond my expectations.

I purchased my original watch almost a year ago and truly love how it looked and felt. Sadly the stem broke. When Pono says hassle free warranty, they mean it. After a photo of the broken watch I had a brand new replacement a week later! Thank you for the great watch and the amazing customer service!
