Choose the closest picture that resembles your item. This is just to get the weight in for shipping...the picture doesn't have to match exactly. You can't mess this up.
We will send you the new item as well as a return label if needed. Re-use the packaging to return the old item.
I don't ship back some broken items as I have too many projects around the shop. If it's brand new...and I can fix it and use it....please choose "include return label" in the dropdown. We will then send a return label. If it's well used, no need for the label.

1. original order number
2. the item you need...(ie tungsten round 6mm koa ring size 5).
3. what is wrong with the original.
I'll likely email you to get a photo of the item so we make sure we get you the correct item first time.
