No response from company

My husband purchased a bracelet which I loved, however the mother of pearl popped out revealing it to be an acrylic or plastic with a sticker behind it. Which leads us to believe the wood to be fake as well. False advertisement and no response to my husband’s email and his review has not been posted.

Appears to be great quality and my wife loves it!

Bracelet too small

The lovely bracelet I received was too small for my wrist. So I corresponded with Brett Gontarek about replacing it, as I thought was promised when I made my order. He told me to look at the website for support instructions, which I did. There it said no exchanges for a discounted item. I get that, but am disappointed.
