The bracelet I got is stunningly beautiful. The wood and shell are gorgeous, the overall design is great, and it appeared to be pretty high quality for the price with a good weight and finish overall. I asked in a few locations for engraving or stamping of a simple number 5 inside the bracelet and was ignored. I'm fine with you not doing it if you cant, but to ignore my requests is irritating. Shipping was super fast though so maybe thats why you never replied to my order form notes or my email. I took it to a local jeweler to laser engrave but when i picked it up, the plating had rubbed off. The jeweler apologized for the wear and explained as soon as he started to wipe it all down to remove finger prints, it started to rub off so he stopped immediately. This shows that the plating process is going to rub off on my wifes wrist as soon as she wears it the first time. Pretty disappointing to order something thats a certain color only to find that it will be bare metal after its worn. Claires jewelry I'd expect that from, but not from a place charging $100 for a simple piece
