Pono Woodworks made good on their pledge that if there were a problem, they'd take care of it. They did. A replacement was sent. It was as beautiful as could be and we are thrilled to have it back home with us!
When the magnet pulled out of the case, Pono quickly responded to my email for help and immediately sent me a new one which I was able to glue into place and so far it's holding. The magnets they use are very strong so it's a lot to ask of the adhesive. I get the sense that it's a small, personal operation with care for their customers. So refreshing!
